December 3rd 2016, the swearing in ceremony of management reform of BJD Group Co., Ltd was held in the melody of “Fly Higher”. More than 300 employees including Jiangbo Li, general manager of BJD, Jingmin Ding, assistant general manage, Wenzhi Zhang and Jiangyan Ouyang, consultants from Oubo company, attended the conference.

   At 3 pm, all employees reached the designated position lined up by 9 squads. At 15:30, the ceremony began. The host announced: "Swearing in ceremony of management reform of BJD Group Co. Ltd. officially began ", and Jiangbo Li, general manager of BJD made a speech. Mr. Lee expressed gratitude to all the employees who paid hard work to the company. Only these staff, can BJD become a big enterprise which integrated developing, manufacturing and marketing the chargers from a very small workshop. Also he gave a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the management of the whole company.

Mr. Li requires us to have extensive propaganda and actively cooperation, and inspire the enthusiasm of all employees to participate in the management reform so that the management reform became the conscious action of all employees and implement in accordance with the guidance of the Oubo`s teachers. Carry on management reform step by step in a planned and organized way. 

The person in charge should give full play to the role of comprehensive coordination, inspection and supervision in accordance with teacher's management approach of Oubo company, and continue to improve the management level and go all out to complete the arduous task of management change with the guidance of the Oubo`s project team.

In the end, Li said, change was a difficult process, the change of habits is also hard, but together with the teachers of Oubo, we can overcome many difficulties and solve the problems of our management bottleneck completely. Construct a strong foundation to achieve the win-win between the enterprise, employees, customers and society!

Zhang Wenzhi, teacher from Oubo, explained the concepts, methods, principles and requirements of the project implementation. Jiangyan Ouyang, the teacher from Oubo Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd, also gave an ebullient speech, highly appreciate the company's rapid access to the management change process and expect the project team to complete the reform task successfully.

According to the agenda of the session, under the leadership of Mr. Li, the head of each department of the company held a collective oath facing all the staff on the podium and together with the teachers from Oubo company, and sign on the oath board. Finally all staff held a solemn collective oath, and the swearing in ceremony of management reform concluded satisfactorily.
